Topglove 1 for 1 bonus issue, possible ?

Base on topglove latest quater report (30 Nov 2009)
authorised share capital = 200,000,000 (RM)
share capital = 153,637,000 (RM)
reserve = 510,628,000 (RM)

1 for 1，is possible, their reserve is 510,628,000, they only need 153,637,000 to giv 1 free 1 bonus share.

but they need to enlarge their authorised share capital first, becoz total share capital cannot exceed authorised share capital.
